AoW Work Management Score

A short survey that measures what telemetry cannot see: coordination load, meeting load, tool fragmentation, and the informal networks work actually runs on.

What it measures

Surveys show what people experience.

Telemetry shows what the system records. The AoW WMS reads the other side: the friction people carry that never appears in any tool. The gap between the two is a finding in itself.

Coordination load

How much of the working week goes into chasing statuses, searching and updating instead of the work itself.

Meeting load

Hours spent in meetings that could have been asynchronous.

Tool fragmentation

How many applications it takes to get ordinary work done.

Informal networks

How much critical information travels through personal contacts instead of the system.
