What you license
01 · Methodology
Access to the methodology in its current version, a certification programme for your consultants, and annual recertification as the methodology evolves.
02 · Tooling
The System Analysis engine, the WMS survey engine, and the reporting layer: the Matrix, confidence grading, benchmark comparison.
03 · Delivery kits
Delivery playbooks for the diagnostic products, output templates, and defined next steps, so every engagement lands consistently.
04 · Brand
Use of the Architecture of Work brand, the Matrix and the shared vocabulary (WMI, Perception Gap) under the brand manual.
Partners deliver diagnostics and follow-on engagements on their own market and report seats under management. Certification is required before delivery.
